Aurea Designs is proud to announce that we are sponsors of the charity Bears of Hope.
Bears Of Hope offers support and guidance for parents who experience child loss during pregnancy, birth or infancy. This includes loss through miscarriage, genetic interruption, multiple loss, stillbirth, neo-natal & infant death.
Bears of Hope offer parents, who have experienced the loss, with the comfort of knowing they are not alone from the very beginning, and to offer significant ongoing support to assist in the healing process.
Bears Of Hope provide a wide variety of services which include:

• A Bear Of Hope To bereaved parents.
  
• The opportunity for parents and the community to donate a 'bear of hope' in honour of their baby, or someone else's.
  
• A resourceful and informative website including Parent Information (Before & After the Birth of their Baby, Arranging a Funeral, Facing the Future, Special Dates, Depression), Australia-wide Support Groups & Services, Creating Memories Before and After Saying Goodbye, Bears Of Hope Resources, Fundraising & Events, Information for Family and Friends, How To Support Our Program.
  
• Face to face support groups for both parents.
  
• Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness through Fundraising, Media and Event exposure.
  

Aurea Designs decided to assist Bears of Hope by helping design and make a range of Bears of Hope fine jewellery.
The range is inspired by their experiences and with the aim of embodying these experiences in a way that can be shared by all.
