Refund and Return Policy

At Aurea Designs we believe in the quality of our diamonds and jewellery. We endeavour to maintain the highest quality and inspect each item before shipping to the customer. However, in some cases when you order an item from us it may not be possible for you to see that item first. In this case, to offer maximum satisfaction, Aurea Designs offers a 14 day money back guarantee.

Unfortunately, special orders and custom made jewellery are not included in our 14 day money back guarantee as these are a personalised items, but we will refund or exchange the diamond component of the piece.

Return Instructions

We understand that it’s not always possible to come back in to store to return, exchange or request a resize, so we’ve made returning an item possible by post. When returning an item by post simply follow these instructions:

1. Call us on (02) 9554 6000to obtain a return code. Please specify whether you require an exchange, refund or resize.

2. Package your item and original documentation. This should include your completed invoice, appraisal and where appropriate, your diamond certificate.

3. Insure and ship the package back to us.

We require the item to be insured for the invoice amount and request a return receipt to confirm shipment of your returned item.

Please note that items returned via post must reach us within 14 days of from the time the original order was placed. Therefore please take into account transit times to allow adequate time for your return to reach us.

When and how you can expect your refund to be processed

After we receive your return, Aurea Designs will issue a full refund, exchange or credit within 7-10 business days. If you payed by credit card the refund will be credited back to the account you paid with, Net Bank transfer payments will be refunded via company cheque.
